Slip Psychology

Telehealth psychology for work-related stress, burnout, and psychological injury

At Slip Psychology, we provide trauma-informed, evidence-based psychology support for adults with approved WorkCover Queensland claims. Work-related stress, burnout, or psychological injury can affect both your capacity at work and your wellbeing outside of it — especially if you’re used to coping and pushing through.

Our psychologists offer telehealth sessions designed to feel practical, supportive, and paced to your needs.

Common reasons people access WorkCover psychology support

Clients may seek support for:

  • Work-related stress or burnout

  • Anxiety or low mood linked to workplace pressures

  • Psychological injury following workplace incidents or conflict

  • Difficulties returning to work or maintaining capacity

  • Feeling emotionally depleted, on edge, or overwhelmed

How psychology support may help

Psychology support can provide space to make sense of what’s happened, understand how it’s impacting you now, and develop coping strategies to support recovery and functioning.

At Slip Psychology, our approach draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and trauma-informed principles, with a focus on:

  • Emotional regulation and stress management

  • Understanding patterns such as over-responsibility or people-pleasing

  • Building sustainable boundaries and capacity

  • Supporting confidence and self-trust in work and life

Sessions are collaborative and delivered in line with WorkCover requirements.
