At Slip Psychology, we provide trauma-informed, evidence-based psychology support for adults with approved WorkCover Queensland claims. Work-related stress, burnout, or psychological injury can affect both your capacity at work and your wellbeing outside of it — especially if you’re used to coping and pushing through.
Our psychologists offer telehealth sessions designed to feel practical, supportive, and paced to your needs.

How psychology support may help
Psychology support can provide space to make sense of what’s happened, understand how it’s impacting you now, and develop coping strategies to support recovery and functioning.
At Slip Psychology, our approach draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and trauma-informed principles, with a focus on:
Emotional regulation and stress management
Understanding patterns such as over-responsibility or people-pleasing
Building sustainable boundaries and capacity
Supporting confidence and self-trust in work and life
Sessions are collaborative and delivered in line with WorkCover requirements.
