Processed securely through Halaxy, Stripe, or other approved payment systems. Slip Psychology does not store credit card details.

Heidi – practice management forms, intake information, and client record updates.
Halaxy – scheduling, invoicing, payments, Medicare claiming.
NovoPsych – completion of psychological assessments.

Zoom – telehealth consultations.
Emails, phone calls, and direct communication with Slip Psychology.

2. Terms & Conditions
2.1 Eligibility for Services
Slip Psychology provides telehealth psychological services to adults (18+) located in Australia.
We may decline or discontinue services if:
Your needs fall outside our scope, or
Telehealth is not clinically appropriate, or
Safety or boundary concerns arise.
2.2 Fees and Billing
Current fees are listed on the Slip Psychology website.
Payment is required at the time of booking or prior to the commencement of your session, depending on the arrangement.
Medicare rebates may apply when eligible and with a valid referral.
WorkCover QLD and private health fund rebates may apply.
2.3 Cancellation Policy (24 Hours)
Slip Psychology requires 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice = full session fee
Non-attendance = full session fee
Medicare, WorkCover, and private health insurers do not rebate cancellation fees
This policy ensures availability and fairness to all clients.
2.4 Telehealth Requirements
By attending a telehealth appointment, you agree to:
Be within Australia at the time of the appointment
Use a private, confidential space
Ensure stable internet connection
Not record sessions without mutual written consent
Slip Psychology is not responsible for disruptions caused by internet or device issues.
2.5 Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
Interfere with or disrupt the website
Attempt to access restricted areas
Copy or reproduce content without written permission
2.6 Professional Boundaries
Slip Psychology does not provide crisis services.
