Hi, I’m Kirra. I work with adults who are capable and high-functioning on the outside — but privately feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or like they’re carrying too much.
Many people I support have spent years pushing through: taking responsibility early, caring for others, people-pleasing, staying “on” at work, or managing complex family dynamics. Over time, those coping strategies can start to cost you — in energy, mood, relationships, sleep, and your sense of self.
My approach is steady, compassionate, and collaborative. I draw on evidence-based therapies including CBT and ACT, alongside attachment-informed and trauma-informed frameworks. Together, we'll make sense of what’s happening, build practical tools, and work toward changes that feel realistic and sustainable for you.
Online sessions Australia-wide. After-hours + Saturday appointments available.

Over time, these ways of coping can start to take a toll on energy, mood, sleep, relationships, and your sense of self.

Therapy is a space to make sense of what’s happening, develop practical strategies, and explore changes that feel realistic and sustainable for you.

My Services
Support I Provide
Process
How it works.
01.
Initial Call
We meet via phone for a brief conversation about what’s been going on, what you’re hoping for, and any practical questions about fees, rebates and telehealth. There’s no pressure to book—this is about seeing whether it feels like a good fit.
02.
First Full Session & Shared Understanding
In our first session, we take time to understand your history, current stressors and what burnout or past experiences look like for you. Together we decide on a starting focus and an approach that feels manageable, including session frequency.
03.
Ongoing Telehealth Support
Sessions are held online, so you can attend from home or a private space that works for you. We check in regularly about what’s helpful, adjust the pace when needed, and keep your goals and wellbeing at the centre of our work.

We accept: Workcover Queensland, NDIS (Plan Managed and Self Managed), Mental Health Care plans (MHC) and Enhanced Primary Care plans (EPC).
Different referral types will have a different service fee. See our service fees page for more information.
We know that life can get hectic, but your dedication to therapy is essential. You can always reschedule, and we will send you email reminders about your appointments. However, if you decide to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, the full session fee will be charged. (Note: Medicare do not provide rebates for cancelled appointments).
During your first session your therapist will take a full history, walking you through what therapy will look like, answer any questions and talk to you about what you want to get out of therapy.
We're based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, and service Australia-wide via telehealth.
