Telehealth Psychology for Adults (Australia-Wide)

Slip Psychology provides 1:1 individual telehealth psychology sessions for adults across Australia. We support people who are feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel sustainable — particularly high-achieving people-pleasers who are used to coping and pushing through.

Therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and explore ways of living that feel more aligned with what matters to you.

  • Anxiety, overthinking, and constant internal pressure

  • People-pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries

You don’t need to be in crisis to access psychology support. Many clients seek therapy when they notice something feels off — even if they’re still functioning on the outside.

We draw on approaches including:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT-informed strategies)

  • Attachment-informed and trauma-aware frameworks

  • Mindfulness and emotion regulation skills

Rather than focusing on “fixing” you, therapy supports understanding patterns, building self-trust, and developing practical strategies that align with your values and life context.

Telehealth psychology sessions

All services are delivered via telehealth, allowing you to access psychology support from anywhere in Australia. Telehealth can provide flexibility, privacy, and continuity of care without the need to travel.

Your first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and explore whether working together feels like a good fit. There is no obligation to continue therapy.
